Refund policy

To process your return please contact us at bramstonhouse@outlook.com, including your order number or confirmation email and the reason for returning so we can assist you as best as possible. 

Due to the nature of our products, items must be returned in their original condition; no refund can be made for products that have been used.

Conditional items can be returned for a refund or store credit within 14 days of purchase.

If you have received incorrect, damaged or faulty items, please provide details (including photos) within 7 days of purchase.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable and the cost of return postage must be paid by the customer at the time of returning.
